Old Roof, New Tricks: Goddard Estate Staff Quarters Gets a Roof Upgrade

The roof of the old staff quarters of the Goddards Estate, old town, Swindon was given a much needed roof lift by Baker Roofing Swindon ltd.

The historic building, built in 1749 was stripped down to its timber frame then made watertight with Klober breather membrane. Red batten timber was then installed to support the original tiles. A new VELUX window finished off the roof refurbishment.
